Meet Your Guide to Your Leadership & Career Evolution

About Me

I’m Charlise Clark Gwin—an authentic, personable, and deeply committed leader who has spent more than two decades guiding organizations, teams, and individuals through growth, transition, and transformation. My career has taken me from auditing multimillion dollar organization and leading the financial organizations of manufacturing facilities to boardrooms and regional leadership roles, ultimately serving as a Regional Chief Financial Officer supporting hundreds of leaders across multiple states.

Along the way, I discovered what truly fuels me: helping people step into their potential with clarity, confidence, and a sense of purpose.

I’ve led teams through complex operational challenges, built and overseen multimillion‑dollar budgets, large‑scale organizational change, and moments of uncertainty that required equal parts strategy, empathy, and courage. Whether building a finance department from the ground up for a growing non‑profit network or coaching new leaders inside one of the world’s largest companies, I’ve learned that leadership isn’t about titles—it’s about growth, self‑awareness, and the willingness to evolve.

Today, I bring that same passion and experience to my coaching practice.
