Refund Policy

At Upper Echelon Coaching, all coaching services, programs, and digital products are delivered with care, intention, and a commitment to a high‑quality client experience. Because coaching requires time, preparation, and reserved scheduling, the following refund policy applies to all purchases.

 

1.  All Sales Are Final

All payments for coaching sessions, packages, programs, group coaching, workshops, and digital products are non‑refundable.
Once a purchase is made, no refunds will be issued.

 

This includes:

  • Single coaching sessions

  • Multi‑session coaching packages

  • Group coaching programs and cohorts

  • Workshops or live events

  • Digital materials or resources

 

2. Extenuating Circumstances

Refunds may be considered only in rare, extenuating circumstances, at the sole discretion of Upper Echelon Coaching.

 

Examples may include:

  • Serious medical emergencies

  • Significant life‑altering events

  • Situations that make continued participation impossible

 

Documentation may be requested.

 

Approval is not guaranteed and is evaluated on a case‑by‑case basis.

 

3. Rescheduling Policy

We understand that schedules can shift. If you need to reschedule a session:

  • You must provide at least 24 hours’ notice

  • Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited

  • Missed sessions (no‑shows) are considered used and cannot be rescheduled

 

Rescheduling is subject to availability and must occur within the agreed‑upon coaching period.

 

4. Coaching Packages & Expiration

Coaching packages must be used within the timeframe outlined at the time of purchase.
Unused sessions do not roll over, extend, or qualify for refunds.

 

5. Group Coaching & Programs

Due to the nature of group experiences and limited enrollment:

  • All group coaching payments are non‑refundable

  • Missed sessions cannot be rescheduled or credited

  • If you choose to discontinue participation, no refunds are provided

 

6. Commitment to Client Experience

We are committed to delivering a supportive, high‑quality coaching environment. If you have concerns about your experience, we encourage you to reach out so we can address them promptly and professionally.
