Upper Echelon Coaching provides leadership, career, and executive coaching services designed to support personal and professional development. Coaching is a collaborative, forward‑focused process and is not therapy, counseling, or legal/financial advice.

  • Coaching does not guarantee specific outcomes.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue coaching relationships if we determine the Services are not an appropriate fit.

 

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using the website or enrolling in coaching, you represent that you meet this requirement.

 

3. Payment, Scheduling & Cancellations

3.1 Payment

Payment for coaching sessions, programs, or packages must be made in full prior to the start of services unless otherwise stated in writing.

 

3.2 Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.

 

3.3 Refunds

All coaching purchases — including sessions, packages, and programs — are non‑refundable.
Unused sessions may be rescheduled within the agreed‑upon timeframe but cannot be transferred or refunded.

 

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, branding, logos, materials, worksheets, and digital products — is the exclusive property of Upper Echelon Coaching.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content

  • Modify or create derivative works

  • Use our branding, logo, or materials without written permission
